Advanced payments must be made in Japanese yen, by bank transfer, bank check or credit card .
On-site payments must be made in Japanese yen by cash.

CONFIRMATION
Upon receiving your registration form and payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please bring this confirmation slip with you and present it at the registration desk at the Conference site.
VISA REQUIREMENT -LETTER OF INVITATION IN ORDER TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE
Every foreign visitor entering Japan must have a valid passport. Visitors from countries whose citizens must have visas should apply to Japanese consular office of diplomatic mission in their respective country. For further details, please contact your travel agent or the local consular office.
To apply for visas for travel to Japan, participants may be required by the Japanese Consulate to provide letters of invitation. The letters can be provided by the Registration Office (ccgrid2003-visa@ics-inc.co.jp) to participants. If necessary, please use the following form and send it to the Registration Office as early as possible.
Please note that the participants who need letters of invitation should be requested to complete the registration and payment.
CANCELLATION
Notice of cancellations must be made in writing to the Registration Office. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows:
Received by Tuesday, April 1, 2003 100% of the amount of payment.
Received by Monday, April 28, 2003 50% of the amount of payment
Received after Tuesday, April 29, 2003 No refund
Bank handling charge will be deducted from the refund respectively.
All refunds will be made after the Conference.
